Leading health care funds over 12 months

President Trump and congressional Republicans have long harped about what they regard as the ills of the Affordable Care Act, taking steps that could lead to a repeal of the law. Trump has also pledged to push policies that would bring down pharmaceutical prices.
Will the future of the health care industry be dictated by less regulation and lower prices, or just more uncertainty?
The political debate has taken a toll on the sector. But overall, it’s held up pretty well, amid bouts of heavy volatility. The Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF has returned 19% since Feb. 1, 2016. All those gains, however, came in the past three months. By comparison, the S&P 500 has posted a 19% gain in the same 12-month period.
