Stifel Lures Away Raymond James Advisor Trio
Advisors Richard McGalliard, John McHale and Ryan Stewart were previously with Morgan Keegan, which Raymond James acquired in 2013, and are now working from Stifels office in Atlanta. Stifel advisor Robert Chanin has also joined the group from the firms office in Macon, Ga. The four advisors manage a combined $490 million in assets.
The group's senior member, McGalliard, serves as branch manager.

Wells Fargo Reels in Four Advisors from UBS and Morgan Stanley
Father-son advisors Alan and Charles Glick, and their assistant, Pearl Beria, left Morgan Stanley to join Wells Fargo's office in Westwood, Calif., where they report to complex manager Paul Vannuki. The Glicks managed more than $242 million in assets while at Morgan.
Former UBS advisor Shawn Gruver has joined Wells Fargo's office in Manhattan Beach, Calif., where he reports to branch manager David Fahey. Gruver managed more than $109 million in assets while at UBS.
Fromer UBS advisor James Laughlin Sr., who managed more than $97 million in assets, is joining Wells Fargo in Chesterfield, Mo. He reports to branch manager Clyde Pilkington.

UBS Team Joins First Kentucky Securities
The team, known as Kiper-O'Connor Wealth Management, generated $1.5 million in revenue while at UBS. The group, together since 2005, is based at First Kentucky's Louisville, KY.-office.
The team includes Kevin O'Connor, his son, Ryan OConnor, Steven Kiper, and client service associates Alice Gaughan and Heather Powell.

Raymond James Recruits Sterne Agee Advisor Team
Stephen Adams, his son Justin, and registered service associate Carol Hines, joined Raymond James & Associates in San Francisco, where they report to Nathan Clakley, complex manager for Northern California. The team, known as the Adams Group, generated more than $1.1 million in annual fees and commissions while at Sterne Agee.

Former BlackRock Managing Director Joins Merrill Lynch
Mike Bitterly, with nearly 30 years in the industry, will oversee the roll out of client service standards for Merrill's roughly 13,000 advisors, according to the firm.
In his new role, Bitterly will report to Riley Etheride, Merrill's head of client segments and advisor development. Bitterly replaces Ted Durkin, who is transitioning to complex director for the firm's Delaware Main Line Complex.

Merrill Executive Moves to Cantor Fitzgerald
The recent grab is part of a push by Cantor to rapidly grow its new wealth management division. President and Co-Chief Executive Stan Gregor says he wants to recruit 250 to 350 advisors within three to six years.

Advisor Team Leaves Stifel to Sign Up With Raymond James
The team, now known as Pucci Financial of Raymond James, generated about $3.1 million in annual fees and commissions while at Stifel. The group joined Raymond James in Goshen, N.Y., about 50 miles north of New York City, and reports to Jeff Zelin, New York metro region complex manager.
The team consists of senior member James M. Pucci, his sons, Jason and James C., associate Jennifer Pucci, who is married to Jason, and senior registered sales associate Diane Nikeshin.

UBS Team Finds a New Home at Stifel
Advisors Clint Weaver and Joe Bozarth joined Stifel and opened an office in Waco, Texas, for the firm. The office is Stifels ninth in the Lone Star state. Weazer and Bozarth are joined by registered client service associate Lanna Zorn.

RBC Duo Teams Up With Baird
Advisor Monty Reedy joined Baird's San Francisco office as a director. He generated about $1.2 million in revenue while at RBC.
Michael Gegen, who also was a RBC, generated about $800,000 whiel at the firm. He joined Bairds office in Denver.
