Waddell & Reed Recruits Two Advisors With Combined AUM of $64M
Financial advisor Hubert Parker managed about $14 million in assets while with Ameriprise. He is joining Waddell & Reeds Tuscon, Ariz. office.
Advisor Mike Watson is joining the regional wealth management firms office in Edmond, Okla. where he will report to Paul Stanley. Watson managed approximately $50 million in assets while with J.P. Morgan.
Benjamin F. Edwards Lures Away Father-Son Duo from Wells Fargo
The team will join Benjamins office in Rome, Ga., raising the total number of advisors there to nine.
The elder Holder started his financial services career at Wachovia in 2000 and stayed through the firms merger with Wells Fargo. His son joined him at Wachovia in 2006. Kanelos has worked in the financial services industry since 1991.

Benjamin F. Edwards Opens New Office in Grand Rapids, Mich.
Led by advisors Todd Brandstadt and Deborah Lambrix, the team is opening Benjamins first office in Grand Rapids, Mich.
Brandstadt, CFP, will be the new offices branch manager. He is a veteran of the financial services industry, having started his career in 1993 at the Chicago Board of Trade. Lambrix, CFP, is a three-decade veteran of the financial services industry. She teamed with Brandstadt in 2007.
