What is important to keep in mind in terms of asking people with disabilities how they would like to be identified and the various methods now available for client and staff meetings?
5. Sometimes as we discuss the importance of diversity and inclusion I think we leave out people with disabilities. Would you agree with that and, in addition to it being illegal to discriminate against people with disabilities, what is the impact when we make people invisible in this way?
