Amid a sea of make-up tutorials, dance routines and comedy skits, TikTok content can feel sort of samey.
It's certainly not a platform where you might expect to find a niche community dedicated to accountancy.
But today, there's a thriving subset of legitimate accountant creators who are breaking stereotypes and utilizing the medium to share valuable insights, tips, and humor related to the world of finance.
To save you searching, we turn the spotlight on five accounts that offer a refreshing perspective on numbers, ledgers, and everything in between.

Your Tax Coach is a U.S.-based boutique tax accountancy and tax strategy firm that doesn't do accountancy jargon. Offering newsy and advice-based video, this is informative content for business owners, and is a good example of how to make complex topics accessible.
@accountant_she
An inspirational account from the UK founders of StriveX, a chartered accountancy firm near London, @accountant_she started from the couple's kitchen table in 2020. Today the company has a team of 18, and its TikTok brings in over £15,000 every month.
@dukelovestaxes

@accounting.plus

Its TikTok features experienced accountants advising on how they got their jobs, student money struggles, and jokes about accountancy myths. Definitely more for the entry-level accountant, but being featured on it could promote a personal brand, or company.
