The newest additions have joined RBC offices across the Northeast. Their reasons for switching employers range from what they say are RBC’s global resources to its ease of doing business.
Advisor Sandy Pegram, along with senior investment associate Lisa Andrews- Bowers, have joined the RBC offices in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Pegram was at Merrilll Lynch for the last six years, where he managed $159 million in client assets. He has 39 years of industry experience, according to FINRA BrokerCheck records.
RBC also signed on another ex-Merrill Lynch team that managed $180 million in assets. The group is led by Robert Clear and Patrick Maguire in Florham Park, New Jersey. Clear has 40 years of experience, logging the last seven years at Merrill Lynch, while Maguire has nine years, spending eight of those at the wirehouse, according to BrokerCheck.
In Charleston, West Virginia, Craig Bowden joined RBC from BB&T. He has 14 years of industry experience, according to BrokerCheck. Bowden spent the last seven years at BB&T, where he managed $77 million in assets.
Lisa Byrne joined RBC in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Byrne was previously at UBS for nine years, where she managed $56 million in client assets. She has 15 years of experience.
