Do you ever look out of your window and imagine being at the beach? Do you wish you could fast-forward through Wall Street's looming rainy season and get to something a little sunnier?

"I've seen some of the sessions that dive into more of the emotional and psychological side of investing and inclusivity and all of that. So I'm super jazzed to be here," Fritz said.

According to Fritz, the program was developed and launched with a "win win" mindset.
"So with our clients in mind, there are a lot of big decisions. These are wealth management (firms), high growth, a lot of them are RIAs or wealth management firms that are doing the business of serving the end investor. And technology is kind of all upon us," Fritz said. "So these executives get to come in, provide their expertise to our clients, add that value, and also have an impact for them.
"Whether they're retiring but really don't want to retire, or in transition to find their next big thing, they can take their years and years of expertise and bring it to the market and just be the tip of the spear."
Fritz then circled back to the importance of human guidance to navigate an industry that's increasingly reliant on technology to provide a competitive edge. She said that having knowledge of self and who you are aiming to serve is key, regardless of your role in wealth management and the powerful tools you have in your arsenal.
"Our mission is to get to the core of what these firms stand for (and) end investors want as humans. And once you get that, you can build technology upon that," Fritz said. "But if you don't get to the human element and why you're different on the human side and your value proposition, tech won't make a difference."
