AdvicePay has promoted Kelsey Lewis as president of the leading payment processing technology platform for advisors.
Lewis has been head of customer success since joining the Bozeman, Montana-based AdvicePay in late 2021, before being named No. 2 to CEO Alan Moore. She will help Moore deploy strategic goals and customer support in her new role, announced on May 8.
"After conducting a thorough search that included internal and external candidates, the board unanimously agreed that Kelsey is the right person to help lead this company into the future," Moore said in the press release. "I look forward to working with her to create a blueprint for delivering on our ambitious growth strategy as industry and consumer demand for fee-for-service planning continues to grow over the next several years."
AdvicePay, a software platform created by XY Planning Network founders Moore and Michael Kitces, is a trailblazer for its early adoption of the fee-for-service structure in which advisors can directly invoice clients and accept online payments for financial planning services.
