With our annual ranking, On Wall Street recognizes the efforts of the industry’s elite young talent. We unveil our Top Regional BD Advisors Under 40 list, with the top 20.
Advisors on this year's expanded list came from Raymond James, Ameriprise, Baird, RBC, Oppenheimer & Co. and Janney Montgomery Scott. The youngest is just 33 years-old.
Collectively, these young FAs had $81 million in production and oversaw more than $12 billion client assets.

First, a quick word on methodology: Finalists for the ranking were 39 or younger as of Dec. 31, 2019, and were registered with an advisory firm in the employee channel. Production totals were used to determine the rankings. Nominees’ information was confirmed with their employers.
Production and AUM figures are as of Sept. 30, 2019.
