Financial advisors earning a spot in the 2022 edition of the rankings come from six different firms: Ameriprise, Raymond James, RBC, William Blair, Janney Montgomery Scott and Baird.
Among regional firms, Ameriprise leads at 15 brokers in this year’s list, with Raymond James & Associates coming in second at eight and with RBC in third with seven representatives.

A note on methodology: Nominees for the rankings were 39 or younger as of Dec. 31, 2021, and were registered with a wealth management firm in the employee channel. FP uses production totals that are verified by each broker’s employer to determine the rankings. Trailing 12-month production and AUM are as of Sept. 31, 2021.
