Whether it's keeping current with IRA changes or staying a step ahead of client needs, advisors have their work cut out for them. It’s why On Wall Street recognizes the efforts of the industry’s elite young talent with our annual Top 40 Advisors Under 40 list.
Advisors who made the ranking this year were a cut above their peers. Collectively, they generated $154 million in annual production. Combined AUM? A whopping $26 billion.
They come from a variety of firms, such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Raymond James’ Alex. Brown. And though most operate in large metropolitan areas, you’ll find a few in smaller cities such as Birmingham, Alabama.
The unveiling of this year’s list begins with Nos. 40 to 21. A few of these faces will be familiar to regular readers of our Top 40 Under 40 ranking, but there are new advisors in this group.
Scroll through to see who made the list.
First, a quick word on methodology: Finalists for the ranking were 39 or younger as of Dec. 31, 2019, and were registered with an advisory firm in the employee channel. Production totals were used to determine the rankings. Nominees’ information was confirmed with their employers.
Production and AUM figures are as of Sept. 30, 2019.
