The financial advisors who earned a spot in the 2025 rankings come from seven different firms: Ameriprise, Baird, Janney Montgomery Scott, Oppenheimer, Raymond James, RBC and William Blair.
Like last year, Raymond James had the most brokers in the regional rankings. In the 2025 regional rankings, it had 15 honorees, up from 11 in 2024. Nipping at its heels was RBC, with 12 brokers in the rankings.

A note on our methods: Nominees for the rankings were age 39 or younger by Dec. 31, 2024, and were registered with a wealth management firm in its employee channel. FP uses production totals that are verified by each broker's employer to determine the rankings. The reported trailing 12-month production and AUM are by Sept. 30, 2024.
